Luvin' some Thirty-One and Stroganoff Casserole!

I'm sorry I just can't stop talking about Thirty-One! Ha! Every time I look in the book or online I find more stuff that I want. I have ordered me a new pocketbook to carry and I will show you guys when I get it in. I also ordered some 31 scarves to tie in a bow on the bags I get. That is popular this year!

I kept Miss Harper this morning while Mindi took Sawyer to a play. It cracks me up watching Finn and Harper play. They are so different! You can tell Harper has a big brother taking everything from her. Finn on the other hand, is not used to the whole sharing thing. He takes EVERYTHING Harper picks up. I don't know how many times I told him today to share! If you tell Harper to put her socks on she comes over, sits down, and holds up her feet. If Finn see's me get socks he runs the other way! When he gets something he knows he is not supposed to have he will run up to you and show you, then turn around and run for it! Ha! What a stinker!
He really likes this car little riding toy his Grandpa Jimmy gave him for Christmas. We'll Harper likes it to, until she gets pushed off. Poor thing. Sometimes it's just hard being a girl!

Here is Harper on Finn's car until.......

She trys to get back on!

We went to eat with the whole gang at Jason's Deli after church yesterday, and then we went to Target and Baby Gap. I got Finn the cutest camo pants! I love me some Baby Gap. I get most of Finn's clothes at Gap, I just like him to look like a rugged boy! Girls are so much easier to shop for, you can find cute clothes anywhere.

I fixed a stroganoff casserole today and it was some kind of good!  I will share the recipe with you guys!

Stroganoff Casserole

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup water
8 oz tomato sauce
6 oz tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
8 oz package noodles
8 0z sour cream
12 oz cottage cheese
1 tsp parsley flakes
8 oz bag cheese

1. Brown ground beef and cook onions together. Then add garlic salt, water, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, and sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cook your noodles and take them off about 1 minute early. Mix the sour cream, cottage cheese, and parsley together in a separate bowl.

2. In a 9x13 pan layer your cottage cheese mixture, ground beef, and noodles (I put cheese between the layers). Put the remaining cheese on top.

3. Cook for 40 minutes on 350.
