Loving...

I am so in LOVE with my iPhone, iPad, and my iMac! I don't know why I haven't converted over to apple products before! People kept trying to tell me but I just didn't listen!

I soo loved Harper's first dance recital! She did so good and was the youngest in the class!

First...

Wells has her FIRST tooth and almost has the second one!

I am so sad because this may be my last gummy smile. She also has a cold in her eye and it just breaks my heart. I thought she had a blocked tear duct but her Dr said it was a cold. Weird! She has antibiotic drops for it.

We had sweet potato fries for the FIRST time yesterday! They were SO good. I tossed them in butter and brown sugar. Yummy!

I gave Finn a haircut for the FIRST time. I have been wanting to do this for a long time but haven't been brave enough yet. I decided yesterday it was time for me to start. It is so much easier just to throw him on the counter and cut it then trying to get over to Mindi's house to cut it. Mindi has to fade a few spots but I think I will get the hang of it! I am going to start cutting Jared's hair to! He's not thrilled!

6 Months!

Miss Wells is 6 MONTHS! I can't believe how fast these 6 months have gone by. With Finn I was so ready for him to sit up, crawl, and all the other fun things. With Wells I guess I don't want her to grow up so I don't push those things! She is sitting up, not great but she does sit for awhile. She rolls all over the place and she will probably be crawling before long. She wants to grab everything in reach and almost has her first tooth!

She wakes up about 8 every morning and wants to eat. She is eating 3 meals a day and LOVES to eat!! She eats oatmeal/fruit for breakfast, fruit/veg for lunch, and cereal/veg for supper. I have been trying to give her a cup and she will drink a few sips but she is not sure what to do with it yet!

She is the sweetest thing and for the most part is happy. She doesn't like to be alone and as long as you are in the same room as her she is ok. If you leave the room she is in she will start to cry! She likes to be on the go! If she stays around the house for to long she starts getting fussy! Ha! If we are in the car seat or stroller she is perfectly happy.

I'm constantly on the go these days, changing diapers, feeding kids, pumping, cleaning, feeding again, over and over! I am feeling so overwhelmed these days! I love them both so much but man some days are soo hard! I know every Mom has these days where they want to pull there hair out, or I hope anyway! I will be missing these days when they are older and want nothing to do with me!!

Learning to Swim and other fun things!

Monday we started Finn with swim lessons again! We didn't have much luck last year so I figured since he is older we would try again. I was surprised when we got there he went right with the teacher and I snuck out so he wouldn't see me. I heard him start crying when she put him in the pool, cried for about 5 minutes, and then he did pretty good! I thought he would cry the whole time so I was really proud of him! I hope he loves the water as much as I did growing up! I think once he gets used to it he will do great.

Here is a picture of him before swim lessons. He is getting to where he wants to wear certain things. He HAD to wear his book bag. I was just going to carry his dry clothes in it, but he just had to have it on! Ha!

We have alot of exciting things we are going to do this summer. I really want to get Finn involved doing things around here. We (and as in we I mean Jared!) are going to build a barn and get some animals. We are going to start with goats and maybe some chicks! We are joining the pool, going to the Library every Tuesday for reading time, and we are starting to do some learning activities everyday. I am considering homeschooling Finn so I am trying to work on a schedule and do things with him everyday to see how it goes. Mindi is taking Sawyer out of public school and is going to start homeschooling him starting in the fall. I am excited to see how it goes and what it's all about! Finn is still young to start school things but I am going to take some time everyday and work with him. We have started doing different note cards every morning after breakfast and he loves it. He starts saying cards after he eats and gets excited about it!

5 Months

Wells is the sweetest little baby. She is so pleasant, happy, and an all around good baby! She will smile at anyone who talks or just looks at her! I had to take her to the Doctor on Monday because I felt lumps in her boobs. I figured it was normal but I just had to double check to make me feel better. He said that was normal and she was doing great! She weighed 16 lbs 9 oz. 

She loves to eat her cereal and I have started her on some vegetables. She loves it and I think I'm going to start her on oatmeal in the mornings. She acts like she wants to eat more real food! If she is anything like Finn she will love to eat! Ha!

She is sleeping 8 to about 5 and she wants to eat at 5. She will then sleep till about 8 or today she slept until 9! I should really start trying to get her to go back to sleep at 5,but it sure is nice to sleep until Finn wakes up at 8! She takes 3 naps a day still and LOVES her jump-a-roo! She will go crazy jumping in that thing. That girl loves to be on the move.

She also loves Finn, Sawyer, and Harper! She has been laughing so loud at Sawyer. It's the sweetest little sound, and Sawyer loves it to!

I thought when I was pregnant with Finn that I could never love something/someone as much as I loved him. Well boy was I wrong! Everyday I fall more in love with them, and I feel like my heart could explode some days!

4 Year Anniversary!

Today is our 4 year anniversary! We actually went out to eat last night at La Cava and it was the BEST food I think I have ever had! We have been wanting to go eat there for awhile and haven't had the chance. It was a much needed, relaxing meal without hearing "Mommy" a thousand times, and scarfing down our food to hurry and get out before the kids start acting up! Ha! I even had ONE glass of wine and I thought I may not be able to walk out! That just tells you how long it's been!

We definitely don't have a perfect marriage and we have a lot of ups and downs, but I wouldn't trade it for the world! I can't imagine going through life without Jared (no matter how mad he makes me!!).  I pray everyday that we keep God in the center of our marriage and hope that we grow closer to God and closer to each other.

I love so many things about our relationship. It's weird how we are so different and see things so differently, but then again we are so much alike!

4 Months and Allergy Doctor!

Yay! I'm finally getting around to blogging! I have not been able to upload pictures for the longest time and it was making me so mad I didn't even want to blog! I finally figured it out. Tomorrow Wells with be 4 MONTHS!!

She went today for her 4 month checkup!

Weight: 15lbs 3.2 oz (80%)

Length:  24 in (45%)

She sleeps through the night and eats about every 3-4 hours. She usually goes to bed around 7:30 and naps about 3 times a day. One in the morning and a long afternoon nap. Then she will take a little cat nap in the evening. I tried to feed her some cereal today but she wasn't having it. She is really cranky this evening from her shots today. Plus, we have been gone ALL day long at Dr visits. She has turned into the best little baby! I am so blessed to have had 2 good babies!

She will smile at whoever looks and talks to her! She is for the most part always happy!

I took Finn to the allergy doctor this morning because I had a feeling that he was going to have allergies. He has had a runny nose basically since spring started. He tested him for all the "spring" things, trees, grass, and inside allergies (dust mites, mold, etc..). He was very allergic to all of them! I have to give him a nasal spray everyday. He said by the time he is 5 he will probably have to take shots to help they will be so bad. I had to hold back from crying when he told me because I just hate it for him.

He cried alittle at first when we got in there, but then he just sat on my lap while the nurse did her thing on his back. All the red dots are everything he is allergic to, pretty much everything they put on him!

He has not been a very good little boy lately but he sure is cute!
